Flower Essences

Flower essences were first developed in England in the 1930’s by Dr. Edward Bach a physician and Homeopath who spent his life searching for the purest methods of healing.  Bach knew that the physical symptoms he treated were intimately related to the mental and emotional conditions of his patients. He developed a set of 38 flower remedies, their purpose is to achieve a balance between the mind body and spirit, gently correcting the emotional upsets that give rise to physical symptoms and to support the patient’s fight against illness by reliving the depression, anxiety, traumas and other emotional factors that impede physical healing.  

 Flower Essences work on an emotional, mental and spiritual level and belong to a category of medicine called vibrational healing or vibrational medicine.  Flower essences are subtle liquid extracts generally taken in an oral form directly affecting the mind and emotions in a gentle way.  They challenge us to self-awareness and change.  

We select a particular flower essence to provide a specific quality or characteristic that is missing or not working well in ourselves thus helping to maintain emotional balance freeing the body’s own healing functions and helping to promote overall wellness. 

It is important to note that they are not intended as a substitute for medical treatment and no medical claims are made for them.


Flower essences are safe, have no side effects, are non addictive and can be taken by people of all ages.  They are also safe for animals.   

Remote/Distance Reiki  

Energy has no limitations of time and space.  The energy you receive during a hands on session is the same energy you receive during a remote/distance session.  You can chose this modality if you are unable to or prefer not to come in.

Magnified Healing ®

Crystal Healing

Gemstones and crystals are part of the earth itself.  A third of the composition of the planet is made of quartz and the silica and water that crystal is composed of, are major components of our physical bodies.  Their energy fields match our human energy and electrical frequency.
Crystal healing works with the Universal Life Energy and the healing properties of stones and crystals.  
The stones and crystals that are laid on the energy centers of the body or chakras, reflect and generate energy. Many people become ill because their chakras are out of alignment or because there are blockages, which restrict the free flow of the body's energy. By combining color and properties of the different crystals, the energy channels are opened so that the Life Force may flow freely, allowing for balance and the potential for healing in the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies.

Energy Healing

The body is an incredible machine it stores all our unexpressed emotions and trauma which cause blockages in our energy field that interfere with the free flow of energy or Life Force.   
Energy healing assists in the removal of blockages in our energy field, which allows the energy to flow freely again restoring balance. 
 When we have a balanced energy field, we are able to connect with our intuition and our inner source of wisdom, serenity and peace.


Reiki

 Reiki -Rei means "Universal" and refers to the spiritual dimension of the soul. Ki means "The vital life force energy that flows through all living things." it's meaning is "Universal Life Force Energy." A laying-on of hands healing technique that is over 2500 years old, it is thought to have originated in Tibet and it was rediscovered in the late 1800's by Dr. Mikao Usui a Japanese Buddhist. 


Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself.  Reiki relaxes the body, relieves stress and may assist in removing deeply buried emotional and mental blocks that create disease in our bodies and difficulties in our lives. It restores the natural alignment of the mental, physical and emotional bodies. Reiki Treatments are profound, restorative and re-energizing. 


A Reiki practitioner transfers this Universal Life Force Energy through the touch of their hands.  During a Reiki session, the client is fully clothed (except for shoes) and lies on a massage table. The Reiki practitioner places the hands on or above the body in different areas the session usually lasts between 50- 60 minutes.

What to Expect

Before a session:​


Do not eat a heavy meal 
Wear comfortable clothing 
Remove all jewelry
Remove your shoes
Decide what your intention is for the session

During the session:


You will lie on a massage table fully clothed
You will be asked to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body. 
The practitioner will place their hands in specific positions on the body or work within the energy field surrounding the body. 
You may feel heat, tingling, energy movement, see colors or maybe nothing at all.
Crystals may be placed under the table or on the client

After the Session:
We will discuss your experience
For the next few days, you will need to drink additional water 
The clearing effect may continue for a few days after the session
You may feel a sense of wellness and well -being  
You may experience deep relaxation 

Typically clients request one or more healing services; for example:
You may need a Reiki Healing session enhanced with Crystal Healing or Magnified Healing ®. 
You may enhance your Reiki or Crystal Healing session by combining with a Flower Essence Consultation/Coaching.
